The surroundings are even more peaceful and beautiful than we expected. We spent most of the weekend on the back deck just listening to birds and watching the trees. So quiet and sweet. It was a lovely escape.

The back patio was pretty and peaceful — great view of birds and trees, with beautiful stars visible through the trees at night thanks to the low light pollution. Extremely well-stocked kitchen.
We made the most of exploring the area near Calistoga, then came back and enjoyed the coziness of this beautiful place. We loved being surrounded by the trees. A perfect peaceful vacation.
